The first quarter-final saw SK convincingly defeating MOUZ 2-0 and schedule an exciting match against the French powerhouse, G2, on Saturday. In the other quarter-final, Envy and Liquid gave us a tense match. The French team managed to secure the first map, Cobblestone, 16-14, but the Americans didn't want to lose the opportunity to play in front of their home crowd and managed to secure the remaining two maps, Train and Nuke, to face North in the other semi-final.
